The Service Department staff at Bell & Bell were courteous and professional. I had scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation there. It took about an hour and a half for them to complete the oil change, tire rotation and their evaluation. No working findings on my blind-spot issue, but it's still working now. More

So disappointed in the service. Did an oil change when I didn’t need one instead of telling me not necessary at this point. Never okay a day ago I am both shocked, and Disappointed. About a week ago I was in this dealership for service as I am quite often. While there I was getting a cup of coffee and I over heard a conversation I never thought I would hear. A sales manager talking to what I assume is a salesman about a customer and calling the customer the "N" word for wanting to drive a truck. I stopped in my tracks when I heard this. I asked an employee who the sales manager was and his name is Carl Nelson. I hope, that the Bell family will do something about this, as I know this is not who they want representing them. I also hope that if asked the salesman that heard it would speak up. More
