The AC in my F150 was blowing warm. Compressor and fan checked out fine. Dealership advised the “code” indicated the HVAC module would need to be replaced. Once replaced they would test again and this ma checked out fine. Dealership advised the “code” indicated the HVAC module would need to be replaced. Once replaced they would test again and this may or may not fix the problem that it may also be the PCM module. After the HVAC module was replaced I was told they would need to replace the PCM. The cost for both I was being quoted was over $2500. The technician appeared to be going off of codes alone which from my understanding gets them in the general area but does not pinpoint the problem. With no guarantee this would fix the problem I did not have the PCM replaced and left the service center without the AC blowing cold. The repair that fixed the problem was found by another shop and it was not the PCM and makes me question if I needed the HVAC module which the cost for that was just under $1000. Not satisfied. More

My oil change service with engine and cabin air filter change was $229. The exact same service at Auto Nation Ford, Scottsdale was only $149. I will never go to Bell Ford again. With the market the way that it currently is, we visited a lot of dealerships across the valley. While other dealerships told us everyone was increasing their prices as a standard practice because of the ch a lot of dealerships across the valley. While other dealerships told us everyone was increasing their prices as a standard practice because of the chip shortage, we found Bell Ford to be much more honest and transparent than the other dealerships in the area. We were actually able to agree to a fair price. they gave great customer service and we're relatable to interact with. We would definitely consider using them again. More

Got contacted by the internet associate after filling out an inquiry. She texted promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. I decided to go in a few days later to check out the vehicle. I called to confirm availibility, she said they had it. I let her know it was a 45 min drive but would make it. When i got there i was told she was just the point of contact and would hand me off to a specialist. I already wasnt happy about this becuase it was her who made me come out. The "specialist" didnt know anything about the vehicle but that was fine because i didnt really need him to. However, he couldnt find the vehicle i was told was on the lot before i came. He brought me some other trim that was of absolutely no interest to me, he's have known that if the first girl wouldnt have told him anything or if he'd listened at all to me. The i said i was leaving but he asked me to stay so he could find a mgr and hopefully find the suv. Then more excuses and bs, still couldnt find it. Then i talked to a mgr and all he did was make excuses, never taking accountability, and asked me to hang out just a little longer because the "think" they know where it is. I left, they wouldnt get my business if they gave me the suv for free. The experience was horrible and i wasted half my day with no test drive to show for it. Dont waste your time, find another dealership. More

We have owned at least 10 new Ford Explorers or Expeditions over the years. The recent purchase we made through Bell Ford working with Diego Lopez was by far the easiest one we have experienced. We explained what we were looking for in a vehicle and why. He showed us 3 vehicles that could meet our needs. We decided to think about making our decision overnight and said we would call Diego the next morning, which we did. We had decided on The Explorer ST. We had an Expedition with at V6 engine and turbo charger to trade in., the same engine as the new Explorer ST. Our entire experience was totally great. More
