Not happy with this last service on my 2021 Bronco. Went in for an oil change, just had brand new tires put on so rotation was not needed. Also, when we dropped off vehicle the 5th tire was not rotated Went in for an oil change, just had brand new tires put on so rotation was not needed. Also, when we dropped off vehicle the 5th tire was not rotated, wasn't offered or anything. I realize its a $20.00 up service, but it should not be since the owners manual recommends it. Also when I went to pick up vehicle the owners book folder was on passenger seat, the locking lug nut key was nowhere to be found, they had to go ask the tech where it was. And alot of items from glove box on floor. I put the locking lug nut in the drink holder in the first place & every other tech puts it back in same location afterwards. Husband also requested a call back on his 2022 Broncos window alignment & has not YET been called. He has had his in at least a dozen times for the drivers side window being out of alignment, the actuator needs to be replaced but all the service people seem to think just bringing it in on a workday will fix it. We work Monday through Friday so this is not an option. On my vehicle, we dropped off at 7am which was our appointment time, No service advisor actually helped, just said they'll take it back. More
