Initially drawn in by enticing online offers for used vehicles, my experience took an unfortunate turn when I discovered that the cars promoted were unavailable upon inquiry. Despite the acknowledgment of the issue by the General Sales Manager and assurances of corrective action from the Internet Sales Manager, the problem persisted. I was continuously approached with offers for test drives and unavailable vehicles, perpetuating the frustrating cycle of false advertising. This behavior not only violates basic consumer trust but also contradicts recent regulations like the FTC's CARS Rule which is to be implemented in July to combat such deceptive tactics in the automotive industry. The promise of unrealistically low prices on vehicles that aren't even available appears to be a deliberate strategy to lure potential buyers, only to divert their attention to other offerings upon arrival. Such practices undermine confidence in dealership integrity and disregard the principles of fair and transparent transactions. With the looming implementation of regulations to curb such misleading tactics, it's disheartening to witness a dealership like Bell Honda failing to rectify these issues promptly. As a consumer seeking honesty and integrity in automotive transactions, Bell Honda's persistent engagement in bait-and-switch tactics raises serious concerns. I purchased Nissan Altima SV 2018 model on Oct 23rd, 2023 from Jalal Ahmadzai (AJ) as a Salesperson. While taking the delivery of the car there was only one key of the car handed over to me however Jalal Ahm from Jalal Ahmadzai (AJ) as a Salesperson. While taking the delivery of the car there was only one key of the car handed over to me however Jalal Ahmadzai (AJ) gave me a written commitment that he would be handling over the second key to me within the week of my purchase. It has more than 2 months now and still I haven't received my second set of keys. I would have called AJ multiple times in past 2 months but he never answered my call and also never called back. I tried to call dealership to get connected to AJ but no one in the dealership as well tried to help me. Also while taking the delivery, I was handed over the car with empty fuel tank, again this was against the commitment done to deliver the car with full fuel tank. Having dealt with many other car delaership across the valley I have never faced such issue. This is heights of unprofessionalism, ignoring customer concerns and not honoring the commitments that too from a brand like Honda. I would never like to do business again with Bell Honda and also advice everyone to stay away from such fraudulent set of people who ignore the customers and not honor their own commitments. If there was a negative star for reviews I would have given that as well here. More
I was emailing with 1 sales person & she sent me vehicles that met my criteria, then when i went in to look at one, 2 sales guys refused to take me to the lady that i was emailing with. I showed them the vehicle that i wanted on my phone, then they drove a vehicle to me & said this is the one in the photo. I asked if it was AWD, & other things i wanted & they said yes. They never showed me the sticker but went online to Honda & said the vehicle had the same equipment as listed except for a couple of extras like desert coating. So i bought it. They told me a couple of amounts added to the price were sales tax & state registration. None of the paperwork said that it was AWD or rear wheel, so i assumed it was AWD since that's what they said it was. I didn't find out until a little while later after driving it a few times, when i went to one of their sites for car owners to register & when i put the VIN # in, it says that is was rear wheel drive! So i called the dealer & talked to the finance guy & asked if that was correct & he said yes. I told him to look at paperwork because nothing told me that. He said that the VIN told me & even tho i still had the email where i said i wanted AWD & with the car i wanted, he said they couldn't do anything & I'd have to buy another car. He also explained that 1 of the amounts was for an extended warranty & i told him what they said it was, so they lied about that too. So do not trust this dealership!!! They will lie even about the equipment on the vehicle & what you are paying for!!! I called & complained to Honda but they said they couldn't do anything!! What a racket!!! More
They put my car together wrong and forgot pieces horrible. After further review, both said this dealership tried to put the vehicle under my personal instead of under my business as we discussed MULTIPLE times. The whole time the “sales manager” kept trying to force me to leave a false 5 Star review on Google/Yelp to trick people into coming to this location, And I kept telling him “NO!”. After the third attempt of him trying to force me, he just gave up. The financial company I have my pre-approval with stated that they are supposed to put it under my business name/account and he isn’t sure why they are trying to run a whole new application under your personal: “..something doesn’t seem right”. What makes its more suspicious, their financial guy even confirmed that his team tried putting to put it under my personal (as I told them NOT to do multiple). He could not even hold eye contact after this, you can tell he felt embarrassed by his team. I went back to the sales floor before my departure to address the matter, and go figure, no one was around. As the title says, ** SCAM artists. Avoid ** More

These add ons are nothing more than a way to increase the dealer profit margin. I get that but when a customer doesn’t want window tint and the other stuff they want to put on the car then they should listen to the customer. It’s clear they don’t care what the customer wants. I’ll be buying my new car at a dealership that doesn’t take that attitude. More

This dealership was nice and over all I had a great experience as a first time car buyer. JJ is a great salesman, he was nice, friendly and was a fast communicator.
