I gave the car on Saturday, they promised to get it fixed by Monday noon. On monday they called on the time and said wrong part was ordered and needs one more day. Next day around the promised time, I had to call like 3 times just to connect to the service advisor Brandon, and finally he asked to come an hour late. After reaching there, had to wait another hour to get it done. Again, alternate arrangement to pick kids as they are not delivering on time. What a hassle. I am ok with them taking time, but just give the car on time promised so that I can make plans or make arrangements early and not have to depend on last minute help from people. More

I'm still having issues so I take I see it back again (less than 850 mi) and the tires you supposedly balanced 3 weeks ago and sold me 4/23 are completely defective and Bell Honda has no idea how to do a warranty??? If you don't know how to warranty the tires you sell, don't sell them! More
Tanner was unbelievably helpful. He took care of filing a claim and that saved me a ton of money. He was responsive and kept me updated throughout the day regarding my car. The multiple visits to the dealership was incredibly frustrating and ended up in me spending money on Uber just in order to get to work. More
