Then, the financing end of the deal was completed by the very efficient, helpful, friendly, and honest finance manager, Jaime. Lenny also was patient and very helpful in going over the many technological features of our 2013 Crosstour. My wife and I never had to put up with any of the offensive behavior sometimes associated with buying a new car and trading an old one at some other new car dealerships. Based on this experience, they certainly earned our 5-star rating. More

He answered all my questions about the Civic in a clear and understandable manner, especially on many of the new hi-tech features that were added to the 2013 model. He treated me with respect the whole time and didn't make me feel any pressure towards buying. He helped me find a vehicle with the features that fit for me and that fit my budget. I came in on 2/11/13 to look at a new honda civic.
