Jackie, in 2004, my brother and I bought a Honda Accord for my mom. I purchased it out here in Arizona and I drove it out to my mom. It took me *eight hours* to negotiate the deal because Michael Potter kept trying to add mark-ups to the vehicle. I almost walked out several times. He finally gave me the vehicle at the agreed price. My sister and brother purchased a used Toyota for my mom a few years ago when her Accord was totalled (not her fault). This year, my brother and I decided to buy my mom a Honda Civic. We found a great guy in Corona, CA and purchased the Civic from him. He took really good care of us. He did not jack us around. Now I have a guy who will sell me Hondas without a huge hassle! By the way, we ended up buying a 2011 Honda Pilot back then after I wrote the review. We purchased it from Right Honda in Scottsdale. They did not pile on a bunch of dealer add-ons. However, the sales rep kept "making mistakes" with the lease payments. His mistakes were always in his favor, though. He finally gave me the correct lease payment based on the Costco price. I teach college level math (Statistics) so I was very annoyed when he made the "mistakes" on the payment amount. I am certain that he jacks the lease payments up on other people who are not as good at math as I am.
