Had a horrible experience with manager Dan Velez. Went with my nephew to pick up his plate and registration. He was constantly calling the dealer to pick up plates. According to airhead at the front de with my nephew to pick up his plate and registration. He was constantly calling the dealer to pick up plates. According to airhead at the front desk they called and left a message to pick up plates. But how could you leave a message if voice mail is not set up. At least write called but unable to leave message due to voice mail not set up. Manager was nasty and stated that was not his problem Funny how my nephews car got towed due to expired temp plate. Dan didn’t even apologize and walked away and left us talking. What kind of manager does this. Funny how we leave and my nephew finds a text he sends his sales guy inquiring about plates and he says due to Covid it’s taking long. Unprofessional and bad attitude. Will not recommend dealership due to arrogant manager. More
