We were very pleased to have Matt Zezza, Senior Sales Consultant, help our daughter with this new lease. He had been our sales consultant three years ago when she had leased a 2017 Outlander Sport and we specifically returned to work with Matt. At that time, we were all residents of NJ, but we now live out of state, and yet we made the effort to come to see Matt and the Bell Mitsubishi staff because of the honest, fair, and customer-centered approach that is a priority at this dealership. Matt Zezza exemplifies those qualities in his position as a sales consultant. He is genuine in his care for the customer. His style is professional, yet friendly, and he works very hard at presenting all the information that you, the customer, need for making decisions. As a representative of Bell Mitsubishi, he emphasizes that integrity and fairness are important in all transactions. As a sales consultant, he is the epitome of how all sales consultants in the auto industry should be. We've bought/leased enough vehicles to be able to say that he is among the best and truly understands how to make the process of leasing/buying a car less stressful, and even enjoyable!!
