This is our 5th family car plus one friend we brought to Bell Mitsubishi. Every deal has been great. The Staff at Bell, including our Salesperson, Memet, our "financial guy" Tom Pasquele, and Neal who has Bell Mitsubishi. Every deal has been great. The Staff at Bell, including our Salesperson, Memet, our "financial guy" Tom Pasquele, and Neal who has been with us since our very first Outlander from Bell, are always welcoming, kind, respectful of our auto wants & needs. They always make us feel that they care more about us than the deal. We have never left Bell without buying or leasing a vehicle. For the first time we bought the vehicle we were leasing. Memet and Tom made the deal easy to do. Deals at Bell take HALF the time it took us at other dealerships in the past. Tom worked on getting us a better interest rate while caring about protecting our credit score! Bell never pushed us to buy add-ons we didn't need or want while making sure our vehicle would be protected in the future! In the future, we WILL return to Bell and bring our family and friends! When I walked into Bell Mitsubishi, with my husband and two young sons, Isaias immediately got up from his desk and greeted us with energy that can only be described as genuine. He had not realized that we were going to test all his sales knowledge and experience as we came in, not very qualified (low credit and no credit score in tow). We NEEDED a vehicle and had gotten tired of being ripped off by the 'by the side of the road' second-hand dealers... 4 cars later, we weren't willing to risk another LEMON, we'd lost so much as a result already. ISAIAS BECAME OUR ANGEL THAT DAY. We spent about three hours there and there were times I felt he was losing hope for us (WE ALSO HAD LITTLE TO PUT DOWN). I am telling you, there is no reason we left that lot with a vehicle other than his perseverance. He saw we had a need and he insisted on finding a way for us. I was about to give up myself, kids were hungry and getting restless, and I was getting anxious and already let myself absorb the rejection I assumed we were doomed for. He persisted! Trip on trip, back and forth to his manager until he came back and very calmly said, "Well, I have some good news - I found a way to get you qualified". I almost cried, would have cried but shock took over my anxiety. He found a way! While we didn't leave with the car of our dreams, we left with a beautiful Outlander Sport. Things have unbelievably improved for my family, having a reliable vehicle, not having that check engine light turn on, not worrying about missing catalytic converters or brakes so worn, they fused to pad, weak/ worn axles..., it's a healthy feeling. I wish there was more I could say to express my gratitude to this amazing soul, I hope that this review brings him all the customers and success he needs, so he may realize all his career goals!
