This time around on the second purchase of a Mitsubishi Auto at Bell, We were very well served By Your representatives in especial your Sales rep Gabr This time around on the second purchase of a Mitsubishi Auto at Bell, We were very well served By Your representatives in especial your Sales rep Gabriel Guerrero and the rest of the staff I hope with this New Car, we get better luck from your service dept, I happen to say this because on my first purchase at Bell Mitsubishi, We had a terrible experience from one of the service dept staff , Being that a year later after I purchased mine 2000 Mitsubishi Galant I went to get a replacement for a new battery and when I went back the same day in the evening to P/U the car and I found out that one of your Employees had used the car for a joy ride putting more than 30 miles in it and leaving all kind of food residues inside, I complaint very strongly to the Staff giving them a piece of my mind, and all they told me was that they couldn't fired the Incompetent abusive idiot Employee because He had a family Etc,Etc Then I promised myself never to buy another car at Bell, But we just hope that this time after 17 years later will looking forward to received a complete different service from Bell Well for now Lets see what the future will bring to us with this new car ??? I went in to have my car checked out and found out that my car needed a transmission. While I was waiting for my car Donnie talked to me about different options about purchasing a car. The next day I thought about how pleasant and comfortable it was at Bell Mitsubishi and how Donnie tried to help me. He was trying to shove a car down my throat, so I went back to see him. Donnie is the most patient car salesmen I've ever seen. He didn't just rush me out to purchase a car he sat and talked to me, he asked me question about my budget and focused on keeping me within my budget. At one point the owner Jimmy even got involved to help me find a car and stay within my budget. Jimmy worked together with Donnie and they gave me rebates, and a decent price on a trade-in and another discount because I was trading in a Mitsubishi. I have never went to a dealership alone but I was so comfortable the day before with them that I never gave it a second thought about bringing someone with me because I didn't feel like I would get ripped off. Ira In the finance was very pleasant and patient as well. He took his time and explained everything to me. I love Bell Mitsubishi and would refer them to everyone.
