Quentin worked to get me the best price, took extra photos to send me when requested, offered to pick me up at the train station if I took the train in, answered emails and phone calls as prompt as possible. He answered questions with great detail, as he understood I live 2+ hrs away. When I had issues registering my car, Quentin heard my pleas for help and worked around the clock to make sure I had the proper paperwork with correct info. He made sure documents were sent overnight so I had them as early as possible. He went above and beyond the call of duty! The car itself is great. Had everything I was looking for and more that I never thought of getting in a car (fog lights, parking sensors, etc.). Bell Mitsubishi was accurate to the car's description. Quentin was more than willing to email the work order of what was fixed/replaced. This car looks sportier than my last Lancer, and have already received many compliments on it. Bell Mitsubishi was a hassle-free buying experience. My only small complaint would be that I wasn't sent home with all the proper paperwork to register my car, however it was more my home state's DMV was causing the issues. The dealership remedied it. The dealership itself was clean, the car description was accurate, pricing was very reasonable and they were more than willing to work within your budget. Considering all the little extras/packages the car had on it, I knew I was getting an excellent deal. This is the only dealership that provides the sticker window to show all the equipment/added packages and the original MSRP. Something I never saw from any dealership. The staff was overall very friendly. The day I went the dealership was very busy, which made me confident that they do great business with the public. They were very attentive in spite of how busy it was and I didn't wait long. The whole buying process was easy and they made my first buying experience great. TRULY NO HIDDEN FEES! Many dealerships advertise a lower price then you discover it's higher bc of "loyalty customer price vs new customer price". What the price is listed at Bell is indeed the price and they are competitively priced. I love my vehicle, and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I would make the trip again if my next dream car is being sold at Bell. Remember to ask for Quentin. The dealership should give this guy a promotion! More

These guys are awesome. I was skeptical when I first visited Bell Mitsubishi - but I have to tell you these guys were great from the start. Don Paterno, my salesman, was ver I was skeptical when I first visited Bell Mitsubishi - but I have to tell you these guys were great from the start. Don Paterno, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and his approach was right on the money. He brought in the owner, Jim Haskell, who was also great. Honest, up-front, approach that wasn't at all irritating like I'm used to with Nissan and Honda since I've bought from them before. They gave me the absolute best price - and even had someone drive to upstate NY to get me the car I wanted in the color I wanted. All ready to go in a day's time. Their GM - Dan - was also great. He was on top of the whole process and kept me posted along the way. I wasn't waiting around in the dealership for hours for the leasing manager - IRA - who was also great - they had me out of there in LESS THAN AN HOUR. The car is working out great - I got a Mitsubishi Outlander ES - 2017. Roomy, peppy and still haven't killed my first tank of gas and drove nearly 400 miles already. If you want the hassle and you want to be bs'd by some guy who's simply out to pick your pockets, these guys aren't for you. But if you want an honest approach - with a true team of professionals - then give them a try. The cars are nice - but the staff at Bell is even better than the product they sell. I'll be back in 24 months when my lease expires for sure. More
