Overall I've got to say I prefer a smaller dealership where the owner(s) are on hand. In fact, the person that sold me my 07 Lancer ES CVT was the owner, not a salesman. I'm not sure I got the best price where the owner(s) are on hand. In fact, the person that sold me my 07 Lancer ES CVT was the owner, not a salesman. I'm not sure I got the best price (maybe did) and it did take a couple of minutes for someone to help, but it may have been that they were so busy. But all in all when it was said and done, I've get to say it's one of the best buying experiences I've had, not to mention their service department is top knotch. More
