Ms Utley's words were nice but treatment was the worse I've in 10 yrs going to dealership. Went in for AC service but was given estimate >$1800 for # of things. Absolute worst dealership ever their service department is a scam. Bought a 2016 BMW from them with a one year warranty car died in the road because the serpentine belt broke for the battery died. Had it towed to the dealer service department told me that the motor welded itself shut because it didn’t have any oil or coolant in. It refused to let me talk to the warranty company and basically told me to go F myself and pick up my car. More
