I was sold a car that was not inspected for any safety or mechanical problems - the car had not been cleaned at all - it was not smogged - they made me sign a paper acknowledging that I was buying the car 'A mechanical problems - the car had not been cleaned at all - it was not smogged - they made me sign a paper acknowledging that I was buying the car 'As is' however nothing was disclosed to me about its condition. I bought the car in good faith as this business appeared to be a reputable dealership. When I drove the car I realized that there were some minor mechanical issues that were safety related. I took the car to your service department and when they listed the issues that needed repaired I was abruptly told - 'you bought the car as is - it's not our problem'. Now I'm stuck with a car that needs some extensive minor repairs - I was 'Duped' into buying the car because one of the managers told me I was getting a great deal and that the car was in great shape because of its low mileage. The service here is fast, which is great but it makes you wonder if they’ve done everything that they should be doing properly and thoroughly. I took my car in for a 5000 mile service. It was ready 20 minutes later. They called me to come back there when I did my 10,000 mile service same thing they told me two hours I left and 30 minutes later they called me saying it was ready on a 10,000 mile service it makes you feel like I did. They check everything that they changed everything did they do it thoroughly or just run me through real quick More

They found my issue and replaced my problem. They offered me a temporary car to borrow while parts were coming in and it was very helpful. My car is now working perfectly and has no problems.
