They looked at it and said the transmission has to be replaced and I'll get my car back after the holidays. So that's my experience so far. But the guys are great! More

I bought a used car from this place. I was promised they would fix a huge dent in the car . They promised me the world and now I can’t reach anybody at the dealership. We came in to look at and possibly test drive a used or new vehicle. At first, Steve Tongson got the keys for a car and indicated a test drive would be fine. However, his attitude quickly became rude and d new vehicle. At first, Steve Tongson got the keys for a car and indicated a test drive would be fine. However, his attitude quickly became rude and dismissive. He asked, “So what is your problem—why aren’t you buying?” and then proceeded to tell us he “didn’t have time to do test drives today.” This was confusing and unprofessional, especially since test driving is a normal part of the car-buying process. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have previously purchased two vehicles from this exact dealership, so this was not coming from someone “just looking.” His ignorant and disrespectful tone made us uncomfortable enough that we left. We were serious potential buyers, but his behavior ensured we will not do business here again. Very disappointing customer service. More
