I purchased a 2023 ram TRX. My sales person was Devon, who no longer works there… And the GM, Ash also helped out with the deal. The service department was even consulted before I was handed keys and signed documents. I was told that I would get the car in at the earliest convenience to get it repaired. It has been more than two months, and I have visited the dealership twice and called about 10 times and I can't get any response from anyone! I guess it's my fault for leaving the dealership with the car before those things were taken care of…. More
