Just wanted to take the opportunity to drop a note about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I had been in earlier in the year, and just wasn’t feeling the salesperson I was working with. I decided about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I had been in earlier in the year, and just wasn’t feeling the salesperson I was working with. I decided to give it another shot, as I was hoping to get a good deal on 2023 close outs. Steve Tongson was the person I landed. Can’t say enough good things about him. He was a warm, kind person. We had some genuine laughs. As a salesperson, his knowledge of the different vehicles and their features was in-depth. We were able to dial in the right vehicle and trim package to suit me. Steve was able to work with Elmo in the finance department to make it all happen. David M (can’t remember spelling of his last name) was checking-in to make sure the whole process was going well for me. I feel like Steve just wanted me to get the price I liked, more than just the sale. It honestly felt like I wasn’t really being sold anything. Steve made me feel as if I was with a friend, helping me to get exactly what I wanted. Eddie in customer service has reached out a few times to make sure I’m good to go. Steve even checked on me a couple times to see how I like the vehicle and make sure it’s the right fit for me.
