Everyone that I encounter at this location is outstanding! The service manager is always pleasant and explains everything that was accomplished during my most recent visit and advised that I need outstanding! On January 17, 2025, I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from Bell Road Mitsubishi. I would like to begin by commending Mimi, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was ex Outlander from Bell Road Mitsubishi. I would like to begin by commending Mimi, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was exceptional—professional, helpful, and represented Bell Road Mitsubishi with the utmost integrity. Her dedication and expertise made the purchasing process smooth, quick, and transparent. However, I regret to share that my overall experience with Bell Road Mitsubishi was deeply disappointing, due to several unresolved issues with the vehicle I purchased. It is important to note that these concerns are not a reflection of Mimi’s performance, as she was the sole positive aspect of my experience. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I discovered several issues with the vehicle that I was not made aware of prior to purchase: 1. Second-row seat damage: The second-row seat backrests were severely torn/damaged. When I requested this to be repaired, I was informed it would cost $4,000, with no offer to complete the repairs before selling the vehicle. 2. Window shade clips: The second-row window behind the driver’s side was missing two window shade attachment clips. My request for replacement clips was declined. 3. Key fob: The vehicle was provided with only one key fob. When I inquired about a second fob, my request was also declined. 4. Rear tires: The rear right and left tires were significantly worn and were not replaced prior to sale. 5. Complimentary oil changes: Despite my purchase of the extended warranty, complimentary oil changes were not provided. I feel that these issues are reasonable concerns for a customer investing in a vehicle, particularly at a dealership that represents the Mitsubishi brand. Unfortunately, my requests for resolution were declined, leaving me to question the quality of service and commitment to customer satisfaction at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the most unpleasant experience I have encountered. I work hard for what I have, and I expect to receive a reliable and quality product in return. I am confident that Mitsubishi Corporation would not be pleased to learn that a vehicle was sold in this condition. I am willing to speak with a manager within the next few days to provide Bell Road Mitsubishi an opportunity to rectify these discrepancies. I hope that your dealership will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your customer service and vehicle quality standards. Once again, I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction is in no way a reflection of Mimi’s excellent service. She is the reason I ultimately decided to purchase this vehicle.
