During the process of selling my moms car, we took our mitsubishi here to repair a few minor things with the car, get an oil change and a detail. One of the minor repairs was not done and it didn't even look like they attempted to clean the car at all. Eddie called a few days later asking for a review, unknowing of our experience. As soon as he heard he was eager to go above and beyond to correct what wasn't done in ONE DAY and I had an absolutely amazing customer experience when giving them a second chance. Really happy with the change in management and how much they value making sure the customer is happy with what work was done on the car. I'll continue to go back to Bell Rd Mitsubishi as I'm confident that I'll continue to have fantastic experiences, and I know who to talk to if I ever have any questions or concerns. Thanks again!
