When my car was ready I was called to the desk to sign the paperwork and my keys weren’t up there. The lady said she would check and see what’s going on. My car hadn’t been pulled around yet either. When I finally got in my car the oil change sticker on my windshield had not been changed so now I don’t know when I am due for my next one. More

We were taken care of and provided with good customer service in the service department despite my immediate anxiety when hearing about the departure of AJ Nelson who was the last service advisor left fr service in the service department despite my immediate anxiety when hearing about the departure of AJ Nelson who was the last service advisor left from several dealerships ago. He knew us. He knew our cars. We found Ric Bakutis to be an a great replacement for AJ. He seemed knowledgeable and understanding regarding the work that was needed. When additional work needed was discovered he explained the what and the whys of the process as well as giving us a breakdown of the costs involved. He was friendly, had a welcoming personality and going forward he will be the service advisor that we request when the need for service becomes due. Thank you Ric!! More
