My vehicle was initially at your dealership for approximately one week for a transmission replacement, which cost nearly $8,000. However, just one day after the transmission repair was completed, my vehicle displayed engine issues that had not previously been identified. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership, where it remained for another week. During this time, I experienced significant difficulty receiving updates or communication, despite multiple attempts to obtain answers. Eventually, I was informed that an additional repair was needed for the EVAP canister at a cost of $1,300. I am concerned that this issue was not identified during the original diagnostic, especially given the extent and cost of the initial repair.
