When purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, particularly one that is several years old, certain items such as a second key fob, trim pieces, or small cosmetic covers are not always available or included. While we always aim to provide as complete a vehicle as possible, items like an additional key or a USB port cover are not guaranteed with used vehicles and are not considered standard inclusions. That said, we do want to address the items you mentioned. If there was a commitment made to assist with replacing the USB port cover, we are happy to revisit that and ensure it is followed through. More importantly, a check engine light is something we take seriously, and we would absolutely like the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine what may be going on. We are also concerned to hear about your experience with our team when you reached out. That is not the level of communication we expect, and we will be addressing that internally.
