We understand and appreciate how frustrating an extended repair process can be, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced while waiting for your vehicle. That said, it is important to clarify several inaccuracies in your review. The repair to your vehicle was a factory warranty repair. The timing, approval process, parts availability, and repair procedures for warranty repairs are determined by the manufacturer and other circumstances outside of the dealership's control. Throughout this process, we acted in good faith by providing you with a complimentary loaner vehicle for your transportation needs during the extended repair. As outlined in the loaner agreement signed at the time the vehicle was provided, customers are responsible for returning the loaner in substantially the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Upon its return, the loaner vehicle had sustained damage, including a damaged tire, windshield damage requiring replacement, and significant interior damage from a major spill. These are separate obligations under the loaner agreement and are the responsibility of the borrower. Our expectation is simply that both parties fulfill their respective obligations. We have completed our responsibilities regarding your warranty repair, and we likewise expect the terms of the signed loaner agreement to be honored. Because this matter now involves disputed legal and insurance issues, it would be inappropriate for us to discuss additional details in a public forum. We remain committed to resolving the outstanding issues in accordance with the applicable agreements and the law.
