I had my car for 12 years took it to this dealership for all my services. The last time I took it in for just a light not going off on my dashboard it cost me over $5,000 and they still didn't fix it. This all my services. This last time I took it in for service and it cost me $1,000 they kept my car for 2 days, when I got my car back later that night the radiator blew then they had it for another 2 days and wouldn't give me a loaner car. I'm a Rideshare driver and I had a client with me when my radiator blew the first time. The second time I was picking up a client at the airport and my car broke down from the radiator hose again. I had to have it towed. I couldn't take the chance on letting it constantly breaking down what I had clients. So I decided to buy a new one through carvana. I got the best deal on a 2-year-old upgraded Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Beautiful car I love it but I will never take it to this dealership. My service tech Ian was good he did everything he could to help me out. But they didn't go out of their way to take care of me and fix the problem I've had for 3 years and that is the light being on. This is my third Mitsubishi and I like the product but the fact that I've always taken my car to them they still didn't fix the problem and they cost me over $5,000 in the long run. I will be finding a new dealership or a personal mechanic shop. More
