I had a very disappointing experience with Rick when I dropped my car off for service. I was trying to explain the issue I was having with my vehicle, and he walked away in the middle of our conversation dropped my car off for service. I was trying to explain the issue I was having with my vehicle, and he walked away in the middle of our conversation before I was even finished speaking. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative interaction I’ve had with him. Every time I’ve dealt with Rick, he has been rude and dismissive. I have also experienced poor customer service from other employees at this location. I remained respectful throughout the interaction and did nothing to warrant this treatment. In fact, a coworker who was with me witnessed the entire situation. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy as a customer. I hope management addresses these ongoing customer service issues so others do not have the same experience. More
