That said, the vehicle was clearly presented and sold as an as-is unit. The as-is acknowledgment was reviewed and signed prior to delivery, and the terms of that purchase were explained at the time. As with any as-is vehicle, we are not representing that it has been fully reconditioned or free of mechanical needs, which is reflected in the pricing. We do not mislead customers about vehicle condition. If a vehicle is being sold as-is, that is disclosed up front so the customer can make an informed decision. Many customers choose these vehicles because they are priced accordingly. We regret that you feel disappointed, but there was no attempt to misrepresent the vehicle. If you would like to discuss the repair estimate further, we are happy to review it with you.
