I will say that Rick Bakutis, Service Manager, is great and most of the time the service team does as well. They just need to be sure to reset everything in the car when performing oil changes. Wait times are over three hours for a basic oil change and they don't look at our records to see that we have free oil changes so we have to argue about it every time.
