I see you have two google accounts so I wanted to be sure to post the same response to both of them: Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when you continue to have concerns about your vehicle and feel that you are not receiving the answers you are looking for. To provide some clarification, the concerns you described were previously inspected and diagnosed by Scottsdale Mitsubishi. The wheel bearing concern was reviewed and determined not to qualify for warranty coverage under Mitsubishi's guidelines. When you visited our dealership, you were requesting a repeat of the same diagnosis. We explained that Mitsubishi would not authorize repeating a diagnosis that had already been completed and documented. Our recommendation to contact Mitsubishi Motors directly and request assistance from a regional representative or field engineer was not an attempt to dismiss your concerns. Quite the opposite. Given the history of prior inspections and your continued concerns, we believed that involving Mitsubishi at a higher level was the most appropriate path toward obtaining an independent review and determining whether any further action is warranted. We take every customer's concerns seriously and would never knowingly ignore a legitimate safety issue. While we understand you may disagree with the findings to date, our responsibility is to follow Mitsubishi's established diagnostic and warranty procedures. We sincerely hope Mitsubishi is able to provide the additional review and clarity you are seeking.

OK to whoever this is cause I'm not sure who's responding. these are my reasons for why I believe what I believe. Number one because this has been happening since I purchased the vehicle so I know it's not the tires even though you guys want to say it's the tires because they're cupping there's a reason why they're cupping OK I've been having this rear seat issue since I bought the car, I noticed it around March 27th 28th 2025 I brought it into Scottsdale Mitsubishi on April 2, 2025. My service advisor at the time his name is Gilbert. He no longer works there and neither does the guy who sold me the vehicle and neither does the finance manager that financed my girlfriend's paperwork. I complained to Gilbert about the rear seat shaking he opened up the driver side passenger door rear door back door and moved the seat around a little bit and I'm like no not like that I go it's when I'm driving I go that's when you can see it the most it's like minute type of vibration but it's there and then going after being in the car for a certain amount of time you start feeling sick and nauseous I have had three out of state trips with this vehicle and each trip was the most worst drive ever and all the videos that I see online and on YouTube and everywhere else and even on your guy's website how comfortable the ride's supposed to be how luxurious this and that well it's none of those things I dare somebody to borrow my car put their child in the back seat with the car seat. See if they will still feel the same way about it the way you guys say it feels fine. Because they won't they will be upset they will be frustrated probably to the point where they just trade in the vehicle and get upside down but I'm not going to do that I'm not going to get upside down. I am a single mother raising a 14-year-old daughter by myself. yes, I have a partner, but I do all the parenting work I do all the doctor's appointments, I take her to school and pick her up, I take her to her new summer job that she just started this summer and I take her to both of Grandmas house in Avondale and West Phoenix areas. I do long drives. I asked Matt the week before when I came in and he offered to charge me half the labor and his price for the parts because he said if you want to try and see if it works or whatever then I guess we can do that because I told him I've been through this before and me and my girlfriend figured out the problem the last two times. I'm trying to help you guys out here by giving you guys the answers that you guys have all needed because it's not just you who couldn't figure this out, we have midway collision who I asked to look at my vehicle too and they said they didn't see anything wrong and bell Honda collision as well Mike over there. That's four different highly recommended highly rated or whatever you want to call it companies and none of you guys could figure this out but a self-employed housewife basically and her partner Julieta who has been a service advisor for different companies the last 10 years. I was so excited and relieved that finally somebody wanted to at least try to help me the best way they could I understand everybody has to make money I know that and I'm not trying to not pay for anything I never said I wouldn't pay for anything I just need somebody to listen to me and to try it with me and I'll pay for it And if it makes the problem go away then I can take that up with corporate myself or whoever I need to take that up with next about getting my money back for an issue that they should have figure out by now with all the complaints I see online on blogs and Facebook groups, people in Canada are having these issues like wow. So when I made my appointment with Ian I was excited to bring the business to you guys and I canceled getting Tires and doing my brake flush with Scottsdale Mitsubishi and bring that business to you guys because Matt seem like he heard me and was listening to me and could see that I've been so frustrated that that's what he could do and help me out with And I was OK with that. SO for me to come on Monday morning and totally get blind sided by the change in tone from Matt about how scottsdale did this and that. okay fine, i wanted a second opinin especially since they only checked 1 wheel bearing not all 4 either. I asked if they could please come on a drive with me so I could show them exactly what I'm talking about and see if they hear or experience any other things that I'm going through and they refused None of you guys have been in my car none of you guys have had me show you what I'm going through or explain to you or anything like that You guys just pushed me away and basically told me to get a different completely different car and trade this one in and have a $1000 payment versus the $685 payment I already have. Like why would, I do that to myself. That's the stupidest advice you could ever give a customer to get them more in debt. Matt made me feel like I'm stupid so stop complaining already about something that's nothing when none of you guys have experienced this yourselves in your own vehicles because if you did you would not be acting this way towards me at all. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy to go through this. I can only have my vehicle serviced at a Mitsubishi dealership and I was asking for help and got told NO we won't do that because it's too much money to not get paid but see I'm confused when did I say I wouldn't pay you guys for doing this test to see if I solved the rear seat/ whole cabin vibration problem; because then after I pay you guys, I can call corporate and update them with good news and get my money back that way. if it didn't work, I would have paid for the work. now I feel blacklisted from all the Mitsubishi dealerships because all of you talk to each other and now everyone will be bias and make their own judgement before I even get there. also Corporate says the dealership needs to file a request for engineer to come out there and investigate my vehicle not me like Matt said for me to do.
