I had a really young salesperson that didn't know anything about the vehicle. He told me I could take it in and plug it into my garage no problem. But when I got it home it's a 220 volt adapter and n anything about the vehicle. He told me I could take it in and plug it into my garage no problem. But when I got it home it's a 220 volt adapter and needed electrical wiring into the garage for use. As far as I'm concerned that was a big misstep. Secondly he did not tell me that the gasoline tank was only 10 gallons. A 10 gallon tank I would have either gone to a different model or not bought the car at all because I travel a lot. He did not educate me on any of the features of the car. Which I'm still figuring out as I'm moving through for example just the desktop and had to navigate it. Overall I think he was a very green salesperson and just really didn't know that much. I didn't know I had to ask about the gas tank but for the rest of my life I'll ask how large is the gas tank. He also did not understand the technology so I think he was just too brand new. More

I got a diagnostic test done and was told my battery was the problem. Took it to where I got the battery and they tested it with two different devices and it was fine, so not sure what to believe. 🤔 so I h the problem.
