I brought a 1997 Elispe in for a repair another shop could not identify. AJ listened and got a seniir mech. up front to talk with me. He thought he knew prob almost immediately. I was very disappointed in the service that was not provided as promised in the agreement when bought the car. Brought the car down for an oil change and was supposed to have a year free oil change tir provided as promised in the agreement when bought the car. Brought the car down for an oil change and was supposed to have a year free oil change tire rotation. That was not honored. Was severely disappointed in the sales tech as you promised that. I was disappointed in the lack of communication between the sales rep and the service shop. I would definitely not recommend sending anybody to this dealership or service shop. I will never buy a car from Bell Rd., Mitsubishi ever again. More
