We were taken care of and provided with good customer service in the service department despite my immediate anxiety when hearing about the departure of AJ Nelson who was the last service advisor left fr service in the service department despite my immediate anxiety when hearing about the departure of AJ Nelson who was the last service advisor left from several dealerships ago. He knew us. He knew our cars. We found Ric Bakutis to be an a great replacement for AJ. He seemed knowledgeable and understanding regarding the work that was needed. When additional work needed was discovered he explained the what and the whys of the process as well as giving us a breakdown of the costs involved. He was friendly, had a welcoming personality and going forward he will be the service advisor that we request when the need for service becomes due. Thank you Ric!! More

Worst dealership I have been too. Bought a used truck, and less then a week later the front brakes needed to be replaced. They were metal to metal. I called them about it, said they would reimburse me for the work that was done. Its almost been a month and have no resolution. Cant even return phone calls or emails. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Scott the manager said that during safety inspection, brakes showed 8 and 9 mm. There is no way in a week, that it could go from that to metal to metal. Other issues: Horn doesnt work. Had the check engine light come on. It needed new filter and some kind of sensor. That was on read out on diagnostic test. But still cant get any type of resolution on any of this. More
