Online price was clear — but in person, Bell Road Toyota added thousands in fake accessories, then tried to justify it with nonsense like “the online price is wrong” and “options won’t be included at delivery.” One even admitted it’s “just to make profit.” Honestly, I was shocked. They sent out a parade of clueless clowns, each with a different excuse. No shame. No professionalism. Classic bait-and-switch. I walked out — and you should too. Total waste of time. Take your business somewhere honest. What a joke. More

Very disappointed. Ordered a new vehicle. Was sent the window sticker so i knew exactly how much it was. Got to dealership and was told another 3 grand added on because Ordered a new vehicle. Was sent the window sticker so i knew exactly how much it was. Got to dealership and was told another 3 grand added on because they put paint protect, etc, on the vehicle after it arrived. “It’s just what we do.” No apology adding on the sticker shock. Will never go back. More

I had an appointment for a 20,000 mile checkup at 8:40am. I arrived on time. It took at least 10 minutes before my service advisor approached me. At 11:50 my car was ready.
