Enjoy getting the runaround Bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla 2 weeks ago. The car is fine, but there is no tint on the windows. When I bought the car, it was under the agreement they would put tint on the windows and fix a minor issue with the bumper. I was told by the sales associate Issac Muhammad the service department would call me in a couple of days to set up an appointment. Three days go by, I don't get a call. I call the person that sold me the car and he tells me they would call back right away. I call back the next day and talk to another associate, Ryan Madison. He says the same thing, "We'll call you back in a couple of days." Now it's been 2 weeks and I can't get a hold of anyone. If you're going to buy a car from here, make sure you don't need to get it serviced there because it's apparently impossible to get an appointment with them. More

Friendly, fast, and fairly priced! I happened to spot a 2013 Mazda3 parked out front that was in great condition and priced at the lowest end of the K.B.B. fair market value. Eduardo Du I happened to spot a 2013 Mazda3 parked out front that was in great condition and priced at the lowest end of the K.B.B. fair market value. Eduardo Duran saw us park from inside the dealership and immediately came out to greet us, despite a handful of salesmen out front. We did not fully intend on buying another car (but it was a manual) so we wanted to test drive it and talk over our finances before buying. We made an appointment for the next day, despite Chris' best efforts to have us buy that night. Eduardo immediately filled out our app the next day, and came back with the same numbers as the rough-estimate, after we removed the 2-year service plan. Another salesman even stopped by our table to thank us for keeping our appointment and our business. After a short wait for Jeff in finance, the deal was done in about 3 hours! We couldn't be happier with this buying experience and our newest addition to the driveway! More

I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do, and they didn’t try to play games with me. Also, Eduardo had great suggestions for the car that I should get based on my needs! I highly recommend working with Chris and/or Eduardo at Bell Road Toyota. They made it easy AND enjoyable to buy a car (not a common experience when car shopping!!!) There was a slight hiccup in communication at one point, and I do not think the finance manager handled it well. Chris, however, handled it with grace and we all got it worked out. Go see Chris Reed!
