Found my new/used car through CARFAX and as soon as I sent my inquiry, Chris called me that same night to check it out and I went. As nervous as I was, he was very negotiable and continued to fight for what I thought was over in buying my Highlander. He’s changed my view on salesman’s because I got the car I want, at a price I can afford comfortably, and even though I almost gave up, he continued to make sure this car came home with me. Amazing to work with! I’m a young lady who is currently disabled from multiple car wrecks. I got a notice in the mail regarding a software update for my car and had it towe I’m a young lady who is currently disabled from multiple car wrecks. Mike Ross from the service department went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and was able to hold it for a few days while I arranged for it to be picked up. He was incredibly kind and great at communication, I will absolutely recommend his service, he helped make it a little easier to get back behind the wheel because I knew the car was in tip top shape :).
