The pleasant surprise is that it was the smoothest and easiest auto transaction we have ever experienced. From when we first walked in to the dealership to leaving in our new vehicle, we were greeted with acknowledgements and smiles from every employee that came within passing distance. There was no hassle 'back and forth' among various managers; only Chris providing the facts and figures regarding our purchase. We didn't have to walk the lot as Chris brought the vehicle we were interested in right up front and provided a very informative test drive. Even the meeting with Terry in Finance was a pleasant experience. All in all, we gave a sigh of relief as we left the dealership and we actually felt good about this auto purchasing experience. Danny was amazing! I went to another Toyota dealership this morning with the intent of getting a new Tacoma. The sales guy helping me there told me it wasn’t possible. My brother found a great deal for a new Tacoma at another dealership, so I headed down and met with Danny. Danny was patient, to the point, and put me straight into the exact Tacoma I wanted; from color to rims to accessories. Sheriff assisted us with the financing, Andy made it painless and easy.
