Mike Ross sets the bar pretty high. His demeanor and approach was next level, he explained what should be done before issues arise and what could wait along with his recommendation on how long. He completely took care of everything; windshield replacement through my insurance carrier - which they did onsite before it was time to pick up my vehicle, he coordinated an estimate for body repairs (due to an accident), coordinated transportation to and from the dealership, the repair itself and was very communicative during the entire process. OTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS: This is how it's done, take notice! There is no need to push unnecessary services and act super aggressive. No one likes to be bullied into things. You'll lose repeat customers. People will always return to where they are treated like human beings and with respect. And this is how Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix does it.
