Liars and horrible service I was always told not to use this dealer and against my better judgment I have been letting them service my 2016 duramax 2500hd. When my truck had 300 I was always told not to use this dealer and against my better judgment I have been letting them service my 2016 duramax 2500hd. When my truck had 3000 miles on it the truck broke down and wouldn't start again. So it got towed to Bellamy and when I got there to find out the diagnosis they told me the whole fuel system had to be replaced. I didn't know any better so I asked for a loaner and they gave me a truck to drive while mine got fixed. When my truck got done I went to return the loaner and the mechanic said they did some extra work on the truck to make more money because warranty work didn't pay anything. I thought that was really crappy of a dealer to do but I wasn't gonna raise a fuss I just needed my truck back. After I got it back I got a call and got cussed out that the truck I had had too many miles on it?! Am I supposed to not work because the trucks y'all sell brake? Any ways to the reason for the review my truck still under warranty only 20k miles on it has broken again. I called and scheduled an appointment all seemed fine then I was 5 min away from dropping my truck off and the "manager" called and told me a bold face lie that they didn't have a loaner for me even thought the lady I spoke with said she had the keys in her hand. So I am now with a truck leaking oil every where and no help from Bellamy. I see why they have such horrible reviews. I will turn every customer that I have away from this dealer. If you want horrible service if any at all this is your stop. I will let it be known to everyone I talk to how horrible this dealer is. More
