My truck broke down on a trip from Florida to Michigan, at 5pm on the day before July 4th. The entire staff assisted. He knew we were in an impossible spot and I stead of taking advantage of us dove into help. We found something prefect as a replacement on the lot, and with the help of Tony and Rodney we were out of the door at 8.30, 2 hours after the dealership was supposed to close.
