My first encounter with this dealership was in 2021. I was looking for a truck.I spoke with a veteran, his name was Marvin or Martin. The day I drove 2 hours to come to the lot, the guy couldn't be bot I was looking for a truck.I spoke with a veteran, his name was Marvin or Martin. The day I drove 2 hours to come to the lot, the guy couldn't be bothered to come outside to assist me. Too lazy. It was chilly out, but not too cold to sell a truck. A guy on a golf cart came out, answered all my questions. He called inside when I told him I had spoken with the veteran, the veteran guy still didn't come outside. I went to Jimmy Britt and purchased the truck the same day. My next encounter was with the service department In 2024. I went to have my oil changed. I was dealing with Sherry, the slicker. She has a forked tongue. Says one thing, means something else. They came out with a filter I'm sure they show everybody .... stating my filters need to be changed. In the end... I was charged an astronomical fee. Wow! couldn't believe it. Later, I realized my brand new iPhone charger had been stolen, replaced with someone's old raggedy one. My truck had also be rummaged through. I keep the glove box locked, it was unlocked when I got the truck back. There were also tale tail signs someone had searched the truck, looking for valuables I guess. Again, beware of these people. They are not honest. It's funny, after writing my review ... something happened. But I took to time to re-write it. I want people to know exactly who these folks are. They are crooks. I now have to drive a distance to have my vehicle serviced. Shame on you Bellamy Strickland! ... smh .... thank God you're not the only game in town. More
