I'm not one to leave a review however I could not passed up and opportunity to share my experience. From the first internet search to the time I walked into the dealership the process was seamless. I was greeting by the vibrant Katie at the front desk who made me feel welcome as soon as I entered. She advised that I would be meeting with Marvin and before she could turn around he was already pulling the vehilce around so I could take a test drive. I was number one shocked at how no one was breathing down my back so I could really get my thoughts together. After my test drive, I knew this was the vehicle for me. I sat down with Marvin share my thoughts and he quickly addressed all of my concerns. He did not try to oversell or force me to get any unnecessary upgrades. He respect the amount I wanted to stay at and within the hour, I was meeting with the financiae manager Richard and before you knew it I was driving away with my vehicle. There was no pressuring it was truly a relaxed experience one that I will do 10x over. As a business owner my time is valuable. Knowing my availability would be limited, I put in an online request on a Sunday for a truck I wanted to add to our fleet. Monday morning I received a call from a very courteous lady at the dealership. She scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Ricky. He followed up, we spoke about what I wanted and about my limited availability and desire to do much of the legwork remotely. Ricky delivered. He had everything taken care of, sent me the paperwork, which I e-signed and arranged to deliver the truck to me an hour away. Luckily, I had a small window on Saturday and was able to pick up the truck in person. Ricky had everything ready when I arrived, including a full tank and fresh wash. I signed a few papers and took possession in less than 30 minutes. It was a no pressure, straightforward, and easy transaction.
