In short, our buying process was a roller coaster! We were double sold(promised) a vehicle that was in transit, leaving us without a vehicle to purchase. To our surprise six weeks removed we were called and told that the deal fell through and the vehicle was available for purchase. Since it was the middle of our work day we asked if the vehicle could be held for us and we were told that someone else was coming to view the truck and if they wanted truck it was theirs. This was surprising considering the inconvenience that the buying experience had presented us to the tune of being double sold a vehicle, increased sales price because of added items, and an .5% increase in the interest rate (market controlled). Nonetheless, Keyana our sales person worked hard to make sure that we got the vehicle (this time) add managed to somehow put the vehicle aside for us. All that said, Keyana and Richard were great. They did a wonderful job preparing for us and once we arrived at the dealership the process was quick and smooth. More
