The customer service was unsatisfactory. When I walked in the service department door. I was never greeted by the staff member. It wasn’t until a few minutes later when he was literally about to walk out the the service department door. I was never greeted by the staff member. Customer service means a lot to me. He should have greeted me shortly after I walked in but he didn’t. I feel like if I hadn’t forced him to acknowledge then he wouldn’t have. I will not return. More
