horrible customer service after purchasing vehicle i had problem getting registration because they screwed up. Over a 10 day span I called 8 times spoke to 4 different people. after purchasing vehicle i had problem getting registration because they screwed up. Over a 10 day span I called 8 times spoke to 4 different people. They kept saying they would call back but never did. Finally I was told they were overnighting my registration. When it didn't come I called back and they said it was there and I could pick it up. I drove 2.5 hours round trip only to find out when I arrived that they now claim they did overnight it to me but of course they did not have a tracking number… I understand mistakes happen but this the greatest example of incompetence Ive experiences in my 48 yrs on this earth. More
