I worked with several departments with this transaction and the incredible Julian Huizar, Sales Manager, made certain that all facets of the sales transaction were flawless. Julian took the time and energy to make certain that I got the best deal and the best outcome of any car deal that I have had in many years. This dealership has people on staff and management with great honesty and integrity and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to buy a car from this company. Julian, a Marine Corp Veteran, is such a a great ambassador for Bellevue NIssan and he has high energy and will work hard to give the customer the best service and followup. I also give a shout-out to Greg, the owner, for his help with this transaction. Great service, great people and a wonderful buying experience. Go somewhere else. Was sold a defective car, evap system was leaking that could destroy the car overtime. The Service Department was plain crap; BRIAN WINTER (service manager): LIAR - promised me (verbally) to take the car to an official mercedes-benz dealer, brought my car to a small autoworkshop nearby instead. DAMON ROUSSELL (service advisor): SCAMMER - attempted to scam me for almost $300 for the first service that didnt fix my car's problem (tried to charge $1100 when the service was actually worth around $800). After a solid 15 minutes arguement, they decided to help cover the service that didnt completely fix the car in the end. FRONT DESK: didn't respect my time; was left unhelped for over 15 minutes when i was trying to get my license plate. Showroom was fairly empty and nobody bothered to call someone although I already asked one of them to. They have this "oath" on great customer service that they dont actually follow just beside the main enterance. Its a decoration to decieve customers that they are actually doing a food work Note: I have all the paperworks showing Damon's attempt on his scam and i won't mind sending you a soft copy of it, just let me know. And yes, I did buy a used car with them. More
