I waited 2 hours for an oil change, but they did seem to squeeze me in so that was appreciated. Washed about half the truck and vacuumed even less. Not impressed. More

It is our number one rule that a customer in front of us takes precedence over a ringing phone or especially, the computer in front of you. I can promise you that this issue was talked about the same day she was here with the entire staff and your review has been printed out and circulated for additional training.
