I went into Diehl Ford and met with Chris Bonesteel and Emil, and they were absolutely lovely. They listened to what would work for me and immediately identified about 4 vehicles they had on the lot. Chris took me for a ride in two of them, I went home and thought about it, called back that afternoon and bought the car the next day. The buying process took only 2 hours, and Emil walked me through every step as we went. They were both absolutely outstanding. I believe I got a great vehicle at a great price, and they were so nice and efficient about it. No games. It was just great, and I will be buying all my cars from Diehl Ford from now on. More

We bought a nice vehicle and they got our nice used vehicle so it was a success and I left the money in Bellingham. We enjoyed Mike Diehl, Emil Vinberg, Jack Barton, and Ramirez. Mike and I came to initial terms in 20 minutes. I hate buying vehicles and negotiating. I offered a fair amount for theirs and ours and we came to terms. It was good to buy from them. My last vehicle and bought was started by my son at Frontier Ford. I really enjoyed their manager when I met him, but I will never never allow myself to buy a vehicle from their one salesman and I will tell their manager that. I search out the car and a good business is when the customer feels comfortable. Even though we bought the vehicle and I am still irritated with that. They try and guilt you into every single add on possible and generally I just want to get it all over and done with as soon as possible. I live in Alaska and and after extensive searching, no one in the state had the car that I wanted. I found the car on Diehl's website and at first I was leery about working with someone remotely. Working with Jack Barton was the first time that I had a pleasant car buying experience. There wasn't any pushing, a true no pressure environment. He informed me of all of my options and at the same time I feel like I wasn't being sold something I didn't want or need. Jack was very responsive to all of my calls and emails. The process was quick, painless, and now I have the car of my dreams. None of this could have been possible without Jack and I look forward to future business with Diehl Ford. More
