I bought a Ford 350 through Chris Bonesteele. He paid attention to what I wanted, was patient in answering questions, was not pushey, and found what I was looking for. I'm very happy & satisfied, and would highly recommend him. In the service department, Jason Turrell is who I mainly work through, and also Mike Bergeron. They are always very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to have them be the people I go through to service my truck. If a question is asked that they don't know, they will get back to you in a timely manner with the answer. Honesty and integrity is what I have found with Chris, Jason & Mike. It is a pleasure doing business with them. There are times when you want to "trick" out the truck a little bit more, so I have found quick and friendly service in the parts department too. So, if you're looking to buy new or used, go see Chris Bonesteele at Diehl Ford in Bellingham. Chris "Bones" was super helpful and approachable. Not intimidating. Felt like he was on my side even though he was working for the dealership. The rest of the staff made me feel like a approachable. While everyone was courteous and friendly, Chris Bonesteele was especially helpful. He acted as a hearer...helping us to sort through our needs (our voice) and helping us see how a particular auto might meet one or more of those needs. Chris was patient and generous with his time. He is professional and friendly, a good combination. He also wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and made sure of that after the purchase. Simon is such a fun guy! He was funny and laid back and took the pressure off of buying my first car. He was honest and told me what would work and what wouldn’t.
