David; Between your service dept. and the Austin service dept. you’ve had our car 6 months. If not for Steve of your collision dept., who had to track the car down,(lost on your lot) and get it into you mechanic’s, we would probably still be waiting, he gets how to service a customer. After we received the car back, we drove it very little, before the transmission issues showed up. Rising sun witnessed problems before the dead line for the warranty of the TCM. Cleary if. we had known Ford had a extended warranty on the TCM time line, and if we could have driven our car miles we did, in TCM warranty period you had our car, it would be fixed by the extended warranty which we exceeded by only 8 days. We are very Disappointed in Ford’s attitude, and timely repair of this.
