Very nice personnel, could have been a bit more welcoming, I had to disembark and accost the service writer who was a bit aloof.she should have come out to me, I thought…. This is the 3rd time the vehicle has been in for the same issue and it has yet to be addressed. The service manager made this appointment with us and was supposed to personally make sure the issue with our t issue and it has yet to be addressed. The service manager made this appointment with us and was supposed to personally make sure the issue with our tv was addressed and she was off when my wife brought the car in for the appointment. We now have to bring the vehicle back in for the 4th time to fix the same issue. This is frankly ridiculous and inexcusable at this point. This is the worst dealership experience we have ever had anywhere with any manufacturer. More
