The Vehicle Check Up Sheet was only partially completed. Battery check says immediate attention, but no one told me that when I picked up the car. I have a vibration at certain speeds. Sold me new lug nuts and said the vibration was gone. It's not. I'm taking the car to Les Schwab to check the alignment. I've bought only Fords since 1999. I'm thinking seriously of changing to GM, because I'm not happy with the service at Bellingham Ford. More

Scheduled appointment. 2 hrs 20 min wait time. Disappointed in service, wrote on the multipoint inspection sheet that the engine air filter needed to be replaced, then didn’t even tell me o time. Isn’t the whole point of dealer maintenance that you expect them to take care of your vehicle while you’re there. Told me my car was done and then left me waiting outside for almost 20 min. I finally came back in and realized they had just parked my truck, and forgot to give me the key. This is nowhere near the level of service I’ve come to expect from a Ford Dealer. More

I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle with Andrew. He was very nice and not pushy. I also, had a great experience with the lady in financing (sorry, I forgot her name). My only complaints would be that I felt like it took too long to go over my trade in ( about 1.5 hours) and waiting for the truck to get cleaned and filled up took too long as well ( I waited for about 30 minutes after being down with finance).
