The dealership did nothing to satisfy the concern or compromise in any way. The Service Manager categorized the charges as "fair and justified" with No additional information regarding the extra work that applied to the 2 hours of labor @ $175 per. The Technicians notes on the Invoice do not back up what the Mgr. is claiming. It's simple, if work was done to account for these inflated charges, then they should have revised the documentation. It is poor customer service and honestly an insult to common sense related to reputable business practices.

It would have been a simple resolution / compromise with minimal impact on the business. Absolutely nothing was offered and the continual lack of documentation to support the service charges (2 hrs @ $175 per) is the major component of my complaint and disdain for this business practice. Poor training should not impact the consumers expense. I plan to continue to publicly inform the community about how their management treated a long term customer.
