My truck was towed to shop on a Wednesday. I called several times, spoke to the service manager asking for updates. Never received a single call back. Then after 6 days in the shop and assurances it wa several times, spoke to the service manager asking for updates. Never received a single call back. Then after 6 days in the shop and assurances it was worked on and done, I had to call again to check the status. It was at that time I was informed Bellingham Ford had my truck in the body shop because they plowed into it while plowing their parking lot. Currently I am being asked to provide feedback before anyone from the facility has even called me as requested to inform me whether the damage they caused has been repaired. I guess I’ll call them again to check the status. If I wasn’t forced to take this truck to the dealer, I certainly would avoid this business. More

Poor communication. We dropped off our truck on a Friday at 8:30 am for a simple evaluation of our backup camera system. Told us they would call in the afternoon never heard a word. We called several times and left several messages because no one would answer the phone. Finally, on Wednesday!, had to call another department and ask them to take a note to the service department that we want our truck! They didn’t do what we had asked and charged us $160 for ZERO results! Wanted $900+ to replace the camera which is not what we asked them to do. Since it was now a few days later we had gotten sick. We asked if we could pay over the phone so our friends could pick up our truck (as to not possibly infect anyone) and they wouldn’t take payment over the phone! I swore off taking our truck to them last time and this was the final straw! It’s been terrible every time! More
