While the process can be long for buying a new car, as with any dealership, I definitely appreciate the hospitality and ability to answer questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. The service side has always been good. The sales side has always been a little sketchy. For example, the salesperson(Jonah) said the first oil change is on the house when I bought my new c The sales side has always been a little sketchy. When I came in last week for my first oil change in this new car, I was told “we only do 10% off.” There’s been other questionable practices like that in the past from the sales side. More
