Went is for a routine rear brake service and waited 7 hours for it to be completed. My service provider was prompt and attentive. He thoroughly explained the process of getting my car serviced and answered all of my questions. He then escorted me to the waiting area and pointed He thoroughly explained the process of getting my car serviced and answered all of my questions. He then escorted me to the waiting area and pointed out the coffee, snacks, and seating area. When my car was finished, he returned and walked me back to the counter. He then went over the printed report concerning my car and provided me with a copy and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. I was very pleased with the courtesy and promptness of my service provider at Bellingham Nissan. More
