Change for the worse: CVT fluid change changed from 350 to 480 when I scheduled my appointment. I called two other Nissan dealers, they were 350ish. So I paid 130 more than two dealers. Not worth it to sit in another town, but certainly worth it to shop there for my next car. Secondly, recommended service from my visit was the oil cooler gasket, which requires oil filter removal. Fine, but I JUST had my oil changed 100 miles ago. Not noticed then? C'mon. Again, I feel Jeffery advocated my position. He even called to verify prices I got, and returned calls about it. Good for him. Deaf ears of his mangers? Not good. The nice Maxima in the showroom? Campbell Nissan or CarMart Mt. Vernon will be the first place I look. Mr. Cortes has nice commercials about customers. Overpriced service relative to nearby Nissan dealerships was not mentioned in those warm fuzzy commercials. More
