Service Dept and techs couldn’t decide why my leaf had a clicking noise. They said it was noise from the brakes, axles need lube and finally the transmission is bad (after only 30,500 miles) and needs repl clicking noise. Also, it appears that they mid diagnosed the problems until the car was finally out of warranty. Not the best record for continued confidence in the dealer’s ability or willingness to do what is right for its customers. More

Michael Curtis, who navigated us through the process of purchasing our new Leaf, was absolutely amazing! Right from the beginning he listened to us, and heard what we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, beyond our expectations, super friendly, totally chill and put no pressure on us to buy. He went above and beyond when he saw that our young son was devastated that we would be trading in our old car to which he had strong attachments to. Michael pulled some strings and made it possible for our family to have a proper 'goodbye' with our old car. We couldn't be happier with our Leaf and will likely always think of what a great experience Michael created for us! He's a gem! More
