My appointment was at 9:30 on a Saturday. When I arrived I was apologized to telling me I would be attended to asap. It was 11:00 before my oil change and tire rotation was finished. I'm not complaining but only letting you know had happened. Also being charged for a tire rotation when the tires need to be removed to do an actual brake inspection is unacceptable. That I will complain about especially when I'm bringing my business to you in Bellingham when I actually live in Lake Stevens. More

I dropped my NV Passenger on Saturday Morning. My advisor, Ms. Sarah Schild, was polite and helpful. With her help, all scheduled services were done nicely and quickly. The showroom was clean and beautiful with coffee and other beverage served. The people were kind. When Sarah told me the service was done, my kids had not enjoyed the toys enough. The service fee was great after a discount. The entire process was a pleasure that surpassed my expectation. Thank you Sarah! I will definitely come back for the next service. I also highly recommend any Nissan car owners to have their car serviced at Bellingham Nissan. More
