Buyer Beware!!!! Vehicle purchased: 6/2017 The only reason I gave 1 star is because that's the lowest. I wish I could give 0 stars. I started going to Bemer beca Vehicle purchased: 6/2017 The only reason I gave 1 star is because that's the lowest. I wish I could give 0 stars. I started going to Bemer because of my ex-wife. She would get her car repaired there. Julian seemed to be an upright and honest man. When I started having problems with my own car I took it to Bemer to be repaired. The first couple of times, the repairs were minimal and so was cost. The last time I took it there, it turned out to be a big repair cost. Mainly because Julian and his team repaired something that didn't need to be repaired, even though I told him what was wrong with the car. So, of course, in a couple of weeks I ended up having to bring it back to him to fix what I told him was wrong in the first place. The repairs came up to over $1,000 which I didn't have money to pay. The Bemer team wasn't so willing to work with me on payment even though it was their screw up. Fast forward, it was time to get another vehicle. I came to Julian, again, because I regarded him to be an honest man. He and his son, Ismael, proved to be otherwise. The car I wanted to buy was originally on their website for $10,000. When I got ready to buy, the price somehow skyrocketed to $16,000. I had to talk them back down on price, which they weren't willing to do so. (after removing the car from the website so the price wasn't showing any longer). I buy the car and the same night that I bought it the check engine light came on. WTH???? I call Juilian the next day to tell him about it and apparently he already knew it. Somehow, they'd managed to turn off the light when I was going through financing. I brought it back to him and they supposedly fixed it. I brought that car to him at least 6 times and each time the light would go off and then a few days later come right back on again. Turns out, I was sold a FLOOD DAMAGED CAR!!!! I found out when I called in a claim to my insurance company to have a leaky sunroof fixed. Once the adjuster looked at everything, he immediately told me it was a total loss. WHAT?? I just bought this car 2 months ago?? It made it through Hurricane Harvey with no flooding at all. How can it be a total loss? It can only be a total loss if it was flood damaged when it was sold to me. Julian and his son Ismael both knew that car was flood damaged. So, less than a year after purchasing this vehicle from Bemer, I have to start all over again looking for a car. Thanks for nothing! More

I have shopped through Houston in my past 15 years and I had to wait day to get an approval and several other days to actually get the vehicle in my hands.
