My overall experience. My experience was pretty good, only thing I would say I didn’t like was the salesman didn’t know anything about the truck I purchased. One thing that did upset me was that there was no floor mats in the vehicle, I feel like if someone is spending $40,000 on a vehicle you guys as the dealer should care enough about your customers to put nice floor mats in for them so they don’t have to spend even more money on the vehicle or risk ruining the floors in the vehicle. Dead battery I bought a brand new car 2 weeks ago and the battery has went dead 2x, it was so dead it took 20 minutes to get it started . I called the dealership and was told they could get me in 7 days from the day I called . Went out in the morning and dead again , they told me to call a different dealership , considering the circumstances I would assume this would have been addressed immediately it had 800 miles on it . On the other had I was not overly impressed with Shaun Slain... he seemed pushy and when I said I was at work and couldn't respond he would keep e-mailing and calling. I also told him I would be done to pick up the car on Wednesday then I get an e-mail on Wednesday at 2:30 saying the car was being delivered and that they would be to my house at 4. I don't even get out of work until 4 and and my house is 25 miles away. Then I had cash to pay my down payment with... after I had already left the back he aid I couldn't give the driver cash. I'm 10 miles from the back, the drivers are at the house waiting with the car, the delivery guy didn't have the correct numbers. They told him I owed more money than what I did because they forgot to subtract out the $250 deposit. Just a lot of miss communication. I also was not gave the code to my car or taught how to use the auto start... stuff I think would have been done if I would of picked the car up like I wanted. More
