Positive buying experience. Sales staff was professional. They asked me what I was looking for and catered to MY NEEDS!. I got a good price and excellent customer service. Why haven’t I came here earlier? My last truck I bought from a different Chevrolet dealership and I thought I was treated well there. After I went to Ben Davis for the first time, I realized that what I thought was “good” service at my last dealership was not in the same league as Ben Davis. I gave, what I thought to be, a pretty tough mission on the price i wanted to pay. Instead of trying to sell me a cheaper vehicle, they did everything in their power to get me into the vehicle I wanted to be in with a deal that I’m still surprised with. I’ll be making the extra drive to Ben Davis for my future vehicles. More
