Amazing 21st Century vehicle buying experience! I found this dealer and the vehicle I purchased on the Internet. I’ve bought more vehicles for business and personal use over the years than the aver I found this dealer and the vehicle I purchased on the Internet. I’ve bought more vehicles for business and personal use over the years than the average person, but this was my first experience with the web. Even though they were 8 driving hours away, I clicked on the ‘more info’ section and received a phone call within an hour of my inquiry - and it was a holiday weekend! The salesperson was genuinely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We spoke and emailed several times that weekend, but I didn’t believe we could actually put a deal together. The salesman was very attentive to all my concerns and provided answers to all my questions - he obviously had done this before and he figuratively held my hand through the entire process. As a result, it was very easy to make my decision. Making the trip, I found the vehicle exactly as represented, it was a very good value, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle and the entire process. Kudos to the salesman, the dealership that had the good sense to hire this person, and everyone else involved in this transaction. More

Not satisfied I don't feel my salesman was overly friendly. I was told the price of the car I was wanting to purchase by my salesman while I was thinking about it I don't feel my salesman was overly friendly. I was told the price of the car I was wanting to purchase by my salesman while I was thinking about it mysteriously the car increased by $350.00 Within the next couple of days. The salesman was also pushy. Which I don't appreciate . I understand that he needed to make his commission but I'm perfectly capable of making my own decisions. The salesman needs to treat his customers with a little more respect since they are helping his paycheck. I was told my car was only worth $7500. You now have it at $11,000. I was expected to take less for my vehicle although there was no negotiation on the car I was purchasing. Maybe your dealership should focus on better satisfying your customers than having to make several thousands on each transaction. You may actually sell more cars. More

From our first meeting until the deal was closed Jerry made sure all our questions were answered and we understood the process. We were treated with respect and courtesy and made to feel it was more about establishing a relationship than just selling a new vehicle. No high pressure, just honest answers. Jerry got us exactly what we wanted and a deal that beat the big city dealerships...we know, we checked. We'll be calling Jerry when we're in the market for another vehicle and advising our friends to do the same. More
Pleasant - comfortable - but did not hold their word I did as much of the deal as possible over the phone since I was over 3 hours away. I offered a price and was given a counter offer in return. I asked for an additional $42.00 to be taken off just so it would be rounded down to the nearest hundred and was told that should not be a problem. I drove down there the same day and looked at it. While I was there I did attempt to get an additional $200.00 off but they would not budge. So I agreed to the price before I came down there... but now they would not agree to the additional $42.00 so that did not settle well with me. (Strike-1) So in return I asked if they would at least fill the gas tank.... they really didn't want too...but, they agreed to it . I drove home and we arranged I would pick up that weekend as I needed a ride back to the dealership and it would probably be after they closed. I returned to pick up after closed hours and found only 3/4 of a tank. (Strike-2). So I drove it home and it was a nice ride. Next morning I checked over my paperwork and the dealer warranty paperwork. When I did the paperwork on the truck, I asked what the deductible was and was told $50.00 ... I get home and read the documentation and in print it states $100.00 deductible. (strike -3). I emailed the salesman on Monday about the gas fill and he said sorry- but all in all I should be happy with the deal. Was I really asking for too much? More
