Hari, my finance manager, was additionally phenomenal. He was quick and efficient. He was knowledgeable and explained everything along the way, even though this was far from my first purchase. While waiting for my turn to sign my paperwork, everyone that passed me asked if I needed anything from water, to a seat, to assisting me with setting up my Bluetooth and OnStar (Juan was ever so gracious in the absence of Leon). I’ve bought more vehicles for business and personal use over the years than the average person, but this was my first experience with the web. Even though they were 8 driving hours away, I clicked on the ‘more info’ section and received a phone call within an hour of my inquiry - and it was a holiday weekend! The salesperson was genuinely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We spoke and emailed several times that weekend, but I didn’t believe we could actually put a deal together. The salesman was very attentive to all my concerns and provided answers to all my questions - he obviously had done this before and he figuratively held my hand through the entire process. As a result, it was very easy to make my decision. Making the trip, I found the vehicle exactly as represented, it was a very good value, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle and the entire process. Not satisfied I don't feel my salesman was overly friendly. I was told the price of the car I was wanting to purchase by my salesman while I was thinking about it I don't feel my salesman was overly friendly. I was told the price of the car I was wanting to purchase by my salesman while I was thinking about it mysteriously the car increased by $350.00 Within the next couple of days. The salesman was also pushy. Which I don't appreciate . I understand that he needed to make his commission but I'm perfectly capable of making my own decisions. The salesman needs to treat his customers with a little more respect since they are helping his paycheck. I was told my car was only worth $7500. You now have it at $11,000. I was expected to take less for my vehicle although there was no negotiation on the car I was purchasing. Maybe your dealership should focus on better satisfying your customers than having to make several thousands on each transaction. You may actually sell more cars. More
